We are very excited to share the outpouring of generosity that we’ve received over the last several months from our alumni and community. A growing group of supporters are investing in strategic initiatives that will benefit our diverse population of students.
To date, Father Judge’s capital campaign has raised $14.7 million of the $20 million goal for the construction of a 20,000 square foot Career Pathways Academy (CPA) building, the renovation of science labs, athletic facility improvements, and an aggressive push towards building a robust endowment—all to ensure the long-term viability of the school.
The Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc. is pleased to announce the following gifts and grants:
- $1 million Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant to assist in the construction of the CPA building. This grant is in addition to two prior awards (in 2019 and 2021), bringing our total RACP funding to an extraordinary $4 million.
- $1 million gift from the Elliott-Lewis Corporation to establish the Elliott-Lewis Mechanical Services Institute in the new CPA building
- $1 million grant from the Connelly Foundation to establish the Connelly Welding Lab in the new CPA building
- $1 million commitment from Dr. Joseph & Shirley Carleone (’63)
- $1 million commitment from Mr. Patrick S. McGonigal (’81)
We’re humbled by and grateful for these financial commitments and support of our alumni and friends, as well as the trust they have placed in our leadership team. As Henry Ford said, “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success”. We’re truly blessed by a great team who work tirelessly together for the benefit of Father Judge and the young men we serve and educate in the likeness of our patron, St. Francis de Sales.
